Wuthering Heights , Emily Brontë

Wuthering Heights.
To recap the book, I'll say the plot in a few words!
The main conflict of Wuthering Heights revolves around Heathcliff's infatuation for Catherine Earnshaw and the obstacles created by their opposing social classes. Catherine grew up alongside Heathcliff, and she adores him.

Nevertheless, she cannot bear the thought of marrying him. Although Heathcliff was raised alongside the Earnshaw children and is adored by both old Mr. Earnshaw and Catherine, he will never be considered a member of the Wuthering Heights family.
Because Heathcliff is unable to be with Catherine, his desire for her becomes a twisted quest for status and power, as well as the punishment of anyone who has stood in his way.
The action begins when Heathcliff is adopted as a young child by old Mr. Earnshaw. He soon develops a
dual identity as a member of the family and an outsider.

I truly liked this book a lot. The plot is good and we remain confused many times.
As a reader, you feel sympathy for Heathcliff because he wants to be with the presumed
"love of his life" but he cannot just because of their social status.
